Erin is a creative producer with decades of experience building creative programs and industry marketplaces. She specializes in festival programming, talent booking, live event production, and community-building with a history of growing the programs and organizations she leads. She does this with a direct approach and genuine candor. She's also a whiz at building efficiencies and developing systems that help to strengthen any creative team.

Career Highlights
Festival · Live Events
Erin led one of the festival's key pillars - the networking program. Through curated events and innovative meeting formats, Erin connected Canadian creators with global executives. She expanded the program by 50% over three years to host 2,600+ meetings at each festival. Erin also consulted on the Indigenous Screen Summit Pitch Forum.
Television · CBC / IFC
Erin was the Executive Producer's Assistant for two critically acclaimed seasons. She supported the four EP's and leads of the show from pre- to post-production, assisted with casting and press prep, and managed a database of 400+ sketches. That's a lot of laughs!
Radio · CBC
Erin is currently the Associate Producer on Canada's funniest news quiz. She books a dynamic roster of panelists with a focus on and deep consideration for diverse voices and Canadian perspectives. She also books the writers, manages talent contracts and front of house logistics for the live weekly tapings. She just produced a fully remote road show to a sold-out crowd of 350 in Vancouver.
Program Development & Community Engagement
Erin was the General Manager of the world-famous Second City Training Centre — Canada's largest school of sketch comedy and improv. During her tenure she grew enrollment 275% by focusing on community-first events, student experience, and transparent leadership. She even had the chance to work with legends like Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, and Paul Shaffer!
Comedy Festivals
Erin produced for large-scale comedy festivals. She created professional development workshops with a focus on equity for BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, and disabled artists. She managed talent outreach, brokered partnerships with sponsors and key stakeholders and developed community building events which sold out consistently. She also managed front-of-house, volunteer teams, and venue operations.
Credentials
She is an alumnae of York University with a degree in Fine Arts Cultural Studies, a graduate of the WIFT & Corus Media Accelerator and is AODA certified. Erin references WHIMIS regularly while in the workplace (and sometimes just while she's out shopping! Safety first!)
She is also a proud Board Member at Bad Dog Theatre.
